Pool Hayes Academy has been a cashless academy since 2017.
Please find information below on how to access our school money site to add money to your child’s account for school dinners and trips.
If you are going to be using the Pay Point method of topping up the dinner money account for your child (with the bar code provided by school) please be aware that it can take up to 48 hours for the money to reach the account (the weekend does not count).
For example, if you wish to add money via this method to use on Monday 10th July, then you will need to top up on Thursday 6th July.
