As part of your induction day at PHA you will be given a copy of the PHA Transition Passport. This document will support you in getting the most out of your transition day and also give you some Summer Holiday Challenges to help prepare you for Secondary School.
All students who complete their PHA Transition Passport will receive a certificate, positive points and an entry into a prize draw!
