A huge thank you to all parents and carers that took part in our communication survey late last year. We are happy to share that on the whole, the responses we received were largely positive and we were pleased to learn that the majority of you are happy with the way we communicate at our academy!

We hope that already this week you will have found it easier to get through to our reception with an extra line installed, and call backs being made if we did miss you.

Also this week, we have activated our automatic response from our office mailbox so you will be aware your email has been received. You will also have received an email response letting you know who is dealing with your query, hopefully making it easier for you to follow up on if needed.

We are always happy to take on board suggestions to improve communication between our academy and parents and carers, so if you do have any suggestions, please email them to PHA-office@attrust.org.uk
